NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING INCLUDING PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Jonesville Town Council will hold a Special Called Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 7:00pm for a Public Hearing on each of the following:

1. Resolution setting public hearing regarding Temporary Moratorium on Development Approvals for Solar Farm Development and related high-impact facilities.

2. Resolution setting public hearing regarding Temporary Moratorium on Development Approvals for Data Center Development and related high-impact facilities.

This Special Called Meeting will take place at Jonesville Town Hall; 1503 NC Highway 67, Jonesville, NC 28642.
