Double Bluff Recreation Area Project

Overview
Double Bluff Recreation Area boasts approximately 154 acres of multi-use recreation for all ages. The current build out for DBRA is scheduled for completion in 2026. A final plan for the development phases will be added to the site soon. In the plans are 4+ miles of walking/hiking/running trails; 5+ miles of Mountain Bike Trail; an 18-hole disc golf course; playground area; Yadkin River boat access; Yadkin River fishing access shelters and restrooms.

Accepting Bids

The Town of Jonesville, North Carolina is accepting sealed formal bids for the Double Bluff Recreation Area Project – Phase 1. All bids must be received by the Town of Jonesville no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 24,2025. No bids will be accepted after this date and time. Immediately thereafter, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Jonesville Town Hall located at 1503 NC Highway 67, Jonesville, NC 28642. The full Advertisement For Bids can be read here.
